Our Website has a strict no return policy on custom items due to their personalized nature. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfascation. If theres an issue with your order after 5 days of recieving your order, please contact our customer service team  at Info@Icy-kids.com and we will do our best to assist you.

After 5 days we can no longer offer any resolution. 

Shipping is 3 weeks  on all custom made items after the order has been placed. Customers will be updated on processing and when the item ships.

Avoid chemicals, jewlery can be damaged if they come into contact with harsh chemicals.

Always store jewlery seperatley.
